We do not collect any personal data about our users.
The App is designed to be fully functional without collecting or storing personal information. No email addresses, names, phone numbers, or other personally identifiable information is collected directly by the App.
Automatically Collected Technical Information (Non-Personal):

- Anonymous usage statistics (e.g., total session time, which features are used)
- Crash reports (via Apple’s built-in tools)
This technical data does not identify you personally.
In-App Purchases:
Information related to in-app purchases (such as subscription status or purchase receipts) passes through the App to Apple’s systems. We do not collect, store, or process your payment information. Apple handles all billing and payment processing. We may receive limited, anonymized confirmation from Apple that a purchase or subscription is active so we can provide you with the purchased features.
Health Data (Optional):
If you choose to connect the App to Apple HealthKit, the App may read or write sleep-related data only with your explicit permission. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.
We do not collect:
- Precise location
- Contacts
- Photos
- Microphone or camera access (except for optional local audio playback features)
- Any audio recordings of you
2. How We Use Information
We use the limited technical and HealthKit data (if permitted) solely to:
- Provide and improve the hypnosis and sleep audio experience
- Enable purchased features (via Apple’s confirmation)
- Fix bugs and crashes
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your data.
We may share information only in these limited cases:
- With Apple, for App Store operations, in-app purchase processing, and HealthKit functionality.
- With service providers (e.g., crash reporting or hosting) under strict confidentiality agreements.

4. Data Storage and Security
- Most user preferences and favorites are stored locally on your device.
- We do not maintain a central database of user personal data.
- Any limited technical data we receive is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary.

- You can delete all local data by uninstalling the App.
- You can manage HealthKit permissions in your device Settings.
- You can manage subscriptions directly through your Apple ID.

California, EU, and other privacy laws grant additional rights (access, deletion, etc.). Contact us to exercise these rights.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be posted in the App and on our website.
